Reach Oxford Scholarship

University of Oxford

Overview

A highly competitive undergraduate scholarship from the University of Oxford for students from low-income countries who, for political or financial reasons, or because suitable educational facilities do not exist, cannot study for a degree in their own country.

What's on offer

Covers 100% of course fees, provides a grant towards living costs, and pays for one return airfare to the student's home country each year. Funding normally lasts for the full 3 or 4 years of the undergraduate course, subject to satisfactory academic progress.

Requirements

Applicants must be from an eligible low-income country and apply for an undergraduate course at the University of Oxford. They must first apply to Oxford and receive an offer of admission before they can be considered for the scholarship. All undergraduate subjects are eligible except Medicine. Financial need, social commitment and inability to study for a degree in the applicant's own country are major selection criteria. Applicants should intend to return to their home country after completing their studies.
